The goal of HOPES is to improve child outcomes in a variety of areas including health, safety, social/emotional development and the quality of life for children and families. This is accomplished through home visits by professional staff who offer a variety of strength-based activities and curriculum that promote parent-child interaction and child development. The HOPES Program is family-centered and operates on the belief that families are an essential part of goal-setting and decision making. Services are free, voluntary and are offered prenatally through age three throughout Muscatine County.
