What does ECIMC do?

​

• Promote a regional commitment to children and their families.

 

• Identify regional needs for children ages 0-5.

 

• Identify regional assets for children ages 0-5.

 

• Coordinate regional programming and funding to meet the needs of children ages 0-5 throughout the Muscatine County area.

 

• Allocate legislative School Ready and Early Childhood funds according to the parameters identified by the state.

 

• Monitor Early Childhood Iowa Muscatine County area programs to identify gaps and regional needs.​
